Traveler provides online travel services through its own websites and mobile apps and through other online platforms such as partners’ websites and social media. The information that follows applies to all of these platforms.

– Terms and conditions

1- Each tour is provided by English as default language daily, but other languages upon prior request such as Russian, Spanish, German or French also are available.
2- In any urgent or unforeseen circumstances, or any traffic delay times all dates and times that include departure date, pick or drop-off or departure times are enabled for any modifications or cancellations.
3- According to our company regulations, Tourists have to commit within the group, since any separation out of the group by any tourist will be under his/her responsibility and charging for any cost and may Cause leave him/her behind the group.
4- We are providing different means of transport with different sizes and types which will be chosen according to tourists’ number, tours and places.
5- It is not appropriate for any child under of four years old to join our daily tours.
6- Our prices don’t cover meals and drinks costs, or any other fees, while it was not mentioned in our tours programs clearly.
7- Citizens of Israel payments done for VAT (Value Added Tax)- additional charge.
8- Our one day tour is the only eligible tour which has the 10% student discount for only the student who has a valid international student card. Children in ages between 4 to 12 years old, have 10% discount.
9- All entrance fees are included in our daily tours, but during the special tours, the entrance fees will be related to that tour program.
10- Any specials requirements have to be notified in advance such as wheel or baby chairs, carriages and so on.
11- Any tour will overpass borders such as Jordanian or Egyptian borders, will be taxable according to that country’s taxes, and should be paid at borders by USA currency, and after borders crossing there will be a local company in that country will take full responsibility about the program completion of the tour.
12- The tourist will not be entitled to claim any refund definitely, in case he/she determine to pull out during tour progress, upon on his/her private decision discretely.
13- Tourists passengers are covered by insurance inside Eliaatours vehicles, thus we are not responsible about any direct or consequential losses may happen in personal possessions, injuries and health damage outside Eliaatours vehicles.
14- We recommend for health and damage covering insurances for each tourist, since we will not be a responsible about any kind of losses, damages or injuries which are out of controlling.
15- We have all the rights to pull out any tourist from any tour or program at any stage, in case we touched that tourist is an offensive person or causing any troubles or annoyances to other tourists, and we are no longer responsible about any fees, included transportation, traveling fees or any other refunds.
16- Due to any emergency case, security restrictions, impelled reasons or weather conditions, we have all the rights to perform any alternatives locations or paths other than itinerary to avoid any troubles, and/or passengers’ safety.

– Ordering & Cancellation Policy

• For every booking transaction is done, our customer will receive a confirmation by an email.
• For any cancellation is done on the same day of the tour, refund is not allowed.
• Any tour includes flights and accommodations, refund is not allowed.
• 4% fee charging will be done in case of any cancelation is done up to 24 hours before the tour date-time. (Cancellation by e-mail).
• Waiting time is 15 minutes maximum before the vehicle is start moving, then any tourist is not showing up after vehicle is already moved, refund is not allowed in this case.

(Please note that refund process takes time and it is dependent on the credits companies for processing.)
